Thank you for choosing MFDelights for your sweet treats and custom cakes! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. General Information
- MFDelights specializes in baked goods, including cookies, cakes, and custom-made desserts. We operate as an online business that delivers freshly baked goods directly to our customers.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by MFDelights, including cookies, cakes, and any custom cake orders.
2. Ordering & Booking System

Order Windows:
Orders can be placed every Monday and Thursday from Midnight to Midnight. -
Booking Deadlines:
Orders placed after the booking window has closed (for example, past Midnight on Monday or Thursday) will be added to the next available booking window. -
Order Processing:
- Orders placed on Monday will be freshly baked on Tuesday and shipped for Wednesday delivery.
- Orders placed on Thursday will be freshly baked on Friday and shipped for Saturday delivery.

Custom Cake Orders:
Custom cakes require a minimum of 1 week notice for ordering. Full payment for custom cake orders is required at the time of booking. Pricing for custom cakes may vary depending on size, design, and complexity.
3. Delivery

Delivery Timeframe:
All orders will be shipped with next-day delivery.- Orders placed on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
- Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered by Saturday.

Delivery Locations:
We deliver to select locations. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you promptly. -
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Prices may vary depending on your location. -
Delivery Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., postal services). If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

All our baked goods are made to order and delivered fresh. We guarantee the highest quality for every order. -

Due to the nature of custom cakes and baked goods, there may be slight variations in the final product compared to the images shown online or on social media. -
Allergen Information:
Our products may contain allergens such as wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination.

We accept payments through various methods including credit/debit cards and other secure online payment systems. Payments must be completed in full before orders can be processed. -

Refunds & Cancellations:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on baked goods once the order is placed, except in cases of error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered). Custom cakes may require a non-refundable payment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for custom cake orders.
6. Custom Cake Orders

When placing a custom cake order, you will be required to provide details about the design, size, and any other specifics. We will send you a confirmation before proceeding with your order. Any design changes after confirmation may incur additional fees. -
Full Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking for custom cake orders. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for baked goods or custom cakes once the order has been fulfilled. If there is a mistake with your order (such as a wrong item or a defect), please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

MFDelights is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from the consumption of our products. Please make sure to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. -
Delivery Issues:
While we ensure that your products are packaged securely for delivery, we are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping or delivery. Any delivery issues should be reported directly to the delivery carrier.
